David Fernández

Trained as a dancer, actor and cellist in Spain, David Fernández has already collaborated with numerous artists and created more than twenty productions with his own company. As a director, performer, video artist and 3D animator, he also builds and programs his own devices for the stage. David Fernández uses the scene as a radical form of communication, using the body, music and everyday technology as the main means of expression. His works are full of risk, poetry, humor and experimentation. The punk energy and do-it-yourself philosophy of his youth permeate a body of work that ranges from classical music in symphony halls to improvised solo sessions.
