Raphael Moussa Hillebrand

Choreographer Raphael Moussa Hillebrand uses his polyculture background to realize his own visions. He began his career as a dancer, initially participating in numerous B-Boy Battles while collaborating on stage productions – first as a performer, then increasingly in collective creations, and today as a choreographer, curator and dancer. Working internationally, he taps into his instinct for socio-political issues, translating cultural facets and cultural identities.
His pieces are shown nationally and internationally. As a member of the groups Battle Squad and Animatronik, he is an integral part of today's hip-hop community.
