Ryota Maeda

Ryota Maeda has been a dancer at Elektro Kagura since 2019. In addition, he has collaborated with Isaac Chong Waim for a performance at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2021 and with artist Sub-tle for a video work in 2020, among others. Since 2018, he has regularly visited a remote mountain village in Japan to study kagura dance, an intangible cultural heritage of Japan. In 2022 and 2021, he presented his own piece Salaryman at Stadttheater Spandau and ACUD Theatre.
